Floater Counselor (Camp Addisone Boyce)

Floater will perform duties as a counselor/specialist as is deemed necessary by the Camp Director. Floater will supervise the campers, promote participating in all camp activities, providing a safe and fun learning environment, while serving as a positive role model for campers.  The Floater requires the ability to work with a variety of camp roles throughout the camp season.

• Successful completion of Background Check. 

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

• Must be current high school student or graduate.

• Experience in supervision of children or completion of pre-camp training. 

• Girl Scout experience preferred.

• Camp experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Capable of lifting and carrying items over 15 lbs.

• Proficient in navigating rough terrain.  

• Comfortable being active for extended durations.
