As a member of the Guest Services team you will serve camp guests by providing quality service and hospitality that meet guests’ needs. Routinely ensures that strong customer service procedures are in place and executed consistently.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming general emails, phone calls, and onsite guests.
- Greet walk-in guests, visitors, and vendors.
- Manages and oversees various registration processes and the appropriate training of Guest Services personnel on such including managing summer and winter camp registration and check-in process, camper housing coordination, and other reporting responsibilities to various Timber-lee departments.
- Assists with Guest Services needs related to coordinating or communicating guest schedules and communicating internally and externally the guest group needs (housing, arrival time, special requests, etc.).
- Greet, guide, and direct guests and groups upon arrival and throughout their stay at camp.
- Assists with guest group hosting as needed that includes checking in with groups throughout their stay, facility readiness including lights, heat, set-up, AV equipment, etc.
- Routinely check facilities during group visits and follow opening and shut down procedures at the beginning and end of camp events.
- Assist Guest Services department with registration, camp communication, emergency action plans, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist in facilitating instructional times as needed
- Assist with onsite promotion opportunities, events, and other duties as assigned
