Whether it be coaching athletics, or leading one of our wilderness trips, the opportunities to have an impact on a boy's life are tremendous. Our campers and staff call the Horseshoe experience “amazing”, “indescribable” and “the best place on earth.” Our staff of 100+ provide a safe, fun, and rewarding experience for our camper’s ages 8-16. Working at Horseshoe offers the opportunity to make lifelong friends from across the nation and throughout the world.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the proper storage and upkeep of camping equipment
- Teach the fundamentals of camping and outdoor skills
- Organize and Prepare Out of Camp trips
- Pack Trips
Qualifications:
Relevant Camping/Outdoor Experience
